Not common in recent years. Very bizarre creature. A cross between a spider and a scorpion. No fangs or stinger, but nice pinchers and a "vinegar" spray to keep you honest. :) These are usually more available during the summer months especially when collected from TX and NM. I rarely collect them in FL. The ones from Florida require more humidity.
